Baby mommy's going to do her best to make sure he doesn’t ignore the rumors though and has requested he take a paternity test – even though this could mean she is charged with rape - the age of consent in California is 18 and he was 16 at the time. Yikes.
Yesterday Mariah filed a lawsuit and told a judge: “On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy. That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber.
“Based upon timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe Justin Bieber is the father.”
Her lawyers point out that Justin hasn’t denied having unprotected sex with her on the night in question at his concert.
Justin’s lawyers say Mariah is lying and they will defend him against the allegations.
