Alor Setar, Kedah - Two years back, there is already "1 Malaysia Meal" before Malaysia Prime Minister - Najib Tun Razak launched the "1 Malaysia Meal" campaign.  3 dishes with rice only cost you RM2.50.  Yes, it is vegetarian. But, why not?  You can choose from 15 kind of dishes and Curry Mee, Kuey Teow Soup, Wantan Mee also cost you at RM2.50 only.

Few months back, one meal will only cost you RM2.00 and because of the markup of vegetables price, it turned into RM2.50.  The purpose of doing this is to promote vegetarian to the public.
